The refrigerator is the one most people skip until a lease or a closing forces the question. Shelves and drawers come out, the seals and the drip tray get the attention they never get in a weekly wipe-down, and the inside ends up the way it looked when it was new.

How a move-out or Airbnb turnover runs
A turnover only looks chaotic from the doorway. We work top down and dry before wet: ceiling fans, light fixtures and shelves first, so dust lands on surfaces we have not cleaned yet, then counters, cabinets and the insides of the kitchen appliances, then the bathrooms, and floors last so nobody walks across them again.
That order matters on an Airbnb clock. When one guest checks out in the morning and the next arrives that afternoon, nothing gets cleaned twice and nothing gets missed because it was behind the room you were already finished with.
On a move-out the same sequence ends with a walk-through against a checklist, so the property manager or the next owner sees the job laid out room by room instead of taking our word for it.
Chapter 03
Weekly service versus one deep clean
A deep clean and a recurring service are different jobs. The deep clean is for the first visit, the move-out, or the spring when baseboards, vents and the oven door have gone a year untouched. A weekly or daily service is lighter on purpose: it keeps floors, bathrooms, kitchens and shared spaces from ever needing the deep clean again.
Offices lean toward the recurring side, with the same rooms, the same order and a schedule that fits around the working day. Homes often start with one deep clean and then settle into weekly. Say which one you are picturing when you ask for the FREE Estimate and we will quote the one that fits.
